Delivering both initial teacher training for new teachers, and leading teams in the “Observation of Teaching and Learning”.
I have also acted as “Mentor” to newly trained teachers, and have developed teacher training workshops and delivered these to teachers. Indentifying training/skills needs and developing Continuing Professional Development Programmes. (CPD)
